Wheel Paradise

Wheel paradise displayed Poor craftsmanship, coupled with inadequate customer service and interaction, in my opinion which severely tarnished their business's reputation with me and many of my friends after their poor customer loyalty. I took a $90,000 CLS Class Mercedes to these guys to take out some small dings out on 3 rims, which required very minimal work, I witnessed them working on my vehicle in the alley behind their shop next to Arby’s doing the work outside not in an enclosed area to ensure quality of work, but in an alley where it’s dust and dirt inundated, which affected the overall quality and luster of the work being done on the rims, they not only fail to meet customer expectations but also lead to frustration and dissatisfaction. I took the car back a second time, the next day after I sending them a video of a blemish that still remained after the initial work done on the passenger front wheel I watched them take the front wheel off from undisclosed location and perform some type of work on the rim with a rag(s) and chemicals not addressing my concerns from the previous video I sent of the rim being incomplete, they did not re-spray the rim to get rid of the blemis

I called with a damaged rim and they got me in for a same-day appointment. The repair itself was flawless. When I got the rim back, I could not even tell it had been damaged in the first place. The work was clean, precise, and done right the first time. These guys clearly know rims inside and out. Fast, professional, and the quality speaks for itself. If you have a damaged rim and you want it fixed the right way without waiting around for days, this is the place. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about Wheel Paradise in St. Petersburg. They truly helped me regain my sanity! I recently purchased a 2025 Cadillac Escalade knowing I needed new tires, but I was dealing with a terrible vibration coming from the backend that had me really concerned. I brought it in, and within minutes their knowledgeable and friendly team diagnosed the issue. Turns out one of my Vossen wheels was severely bent—something I never would’ve figured out on my own. Willie immediately stepped in, contacted Vossen, and had a replacement rim ordered and ready for install within 24 hours. The level of service and efficiency was seriously impressive. Now my Escalade drives like an absolute dream! If you’re looking for a place you can trust for wheels, tires, or any kind of customization, I highly recommend Wheel Paradise. Their staff is professional, fast, and genuinely care about their customers. I’m officially a customer for life!

Great customer service. The team did a fantastic job in helping me select the perfect setup for my truck. Highly recommend. Price was top notch. Loved the little detail of how they shined and waxed my new setup before leaving.

I had a great experience with Paradise Wheels in St. Pete. From the start, they were very knowledgeable, communicative and made excellent recommendations. We had Dayton wire wheels made for my 67’ Caddy and they sourced exactly what I wanted at a great price. Matt kept me informed as to the progress from the time we ordered the wheels until they arrived . The team at Paradise was professional and careful as they meticulously worked on my Caddy. I would highly recommend them for wheels or anything related to your car’s chassis. Paradise wheels will be my choice for anything that is literally in there wheelhouse.
